Personal preferences

This chapter provides information on configuring personal preferences to customize the view of your queues.

Deviniti’s Rovo Assistant provides access to a virtual assistant that helps you with configuration, installation, and troubleshooting, enabling quicker and faster navigation through documentation.

Using Personal preferences lets you customize the view of your queues by deciding on the available features. While an admin sets all the features globally, you can adjust them according to your needs, overriding any default or admin configurations.

The changes you make in the Personal preferences affect only you and all your queues in the app.

To set the Personal preferences:

Steps

  1. On the Queues for Jira & JSM panel, click the Three dots menu.
  2. Select Personal preferences.

The Personal preferences dialog appears.

  1. Check the Enable personalization checkbox to activate the panel.
  2. Customize the view of your queues.
  3. Click Save.

Result

The view of your queues is personalized.
