Personal preferences
This chapter provides information on configuring personal preferences to customize the view of your queues.
Using Personal preferences lets you customize the view of your queues by turning the available features on or off. While all the features are turned on by default or set globally by an admin, you can adjust them according to your needs, overriding any default or admin configurations.

The changes you make in the Personal preferences affect only you and all your queues in the app.
To set the Personal preferences:
Steps
- On the Queues for JSM panel, click the Three dots menu.
- Select Personal preferences.
The Personal preferences dialog appears.
- Check the Enable personalization checkbox to activate the panel with toggles.
- Use the toggles to customize the view of your queues.
- Click Save.
Result
The view of your queues is personalized.
