Fixes

  • When the export setting is set to 0, the export button still appears on the Approvals page.
  • From version 3.15, the export button is not visible to the customer and agent on the requests page. It’s visible only for administrators.

Improvements

  • “Scopes” section has been added where Jira administrators can configure and manage user scopes
  • “General configuration” section changed its name to “Visibility”
  • My Requests Extension is now compatible with Jira 8.19

Fixes

  • “Open” and “Closed” criteria now show results based on status category instead of resolution
  • Statuses are now displayed in correct colors
  • Disappearing groups in the “Filters management” section which couldn’t be saved now work as intended

Improvements

  • Support for Insight Objects as criteria. Remember to enabling Insight custom fields on Customer Portals. Here you can find instructions on how to do it.
  • Support for Bundled Fields as a column and criteria. This custom field is provided by Extension for Jira Service Management.
  • Compatibility with Jira 8.18 / Jira Service Management 4.18 has been added
  • If one of the following configuration is enabled: redirection from the default Request page or hide a standard link, we remove the number that is normally displayed on the Requests link and on the button because it confuses customers
  • We’ve expanded the search capabilities in text criteria. There are currently 4 options available: include, exclude, is empty, is not empty.

Fixes

  • Two scrollbars on the My Requests page when the Theme Extension app is enabled.
  • After changing the project key, the icons for Request Types are not visible. Components in criteria are also not visible.
  • Problems with a Status criteria when are differences between portalId and serviceDeskId.

Improvements

  • The consistency of the navigation bar with Jira Service Management design
  • Compatibility with Translation app: option Change language is available in the dropdown if the user is on the Requests page
  • Compatibility with Extension app: links to external resources can be displayed in the top navigation

Fixes

  • Issue Links column is trying to generate URL link to the service desk requests, also if it is an issue from business or software projects.

Features

  • Add possibility to define who can save and share default and users filters. The new configuration, called Filters management, has been added to the global administration.

Improvements

  • Standardizing the way of displaying SLAs with the changes introduced in Extension for Jira Service Desk app (version 6.9.4).

Fixes

  • The calendar is displayed beyond the iframe on the Requests page.
  • Translations for Priority and Resolution fields don’t work.
  • The Requests page doesn’t open in the IE11 browser. This problem occurs for Jira 7.13.
  • Users who do not have “Create Issue” permission in the project cannot filter Requests by that project.
  • It was discovered an SQL injection vulnerability in My Requests REST endpoint.

Fixes

  • Special characters in the Request Type names prevent translation of mapped statuses.
  • Filtering in the Approvers field does not work.
  • The mapped status for the customer is not translated on the Requests page.

Improvements

  • Support for single and multi user picker custom fields in Columns and Criteria
  • Support for Epic Link in Columns and Criteria - Sorting (ASC / DESC) is saved in the filter.
  • After clicking on Requests link in the drop-down menu, customer is redirected to the first available filter (by default: All Requests).

Fixes

  • Sub-tasks are presented in the Linked Issues column.
  • The Requests page is refreshing when the request opens in the new tab (using ctrl + click).
  • The plain text is displayed in the single and multi line text custom fields despite using wiki style renderer in these fields.
  • In the criteria for Priority and Components drop-down values are missing when the project key has been changed.
  • Request Types, translated by Translation for Jira Service Management app, don’t appear in the Type criteria.
  • Filtering requests using criteria causes changes in the browser’s history.
  • Customer, who doesn’t belong to any Jira group, can’t share filters with others.

Improvements

  • Criteria section which allows to configure additional criteria on the Requests page. Supported custom field types: text field, check box, radio button, single select.
