This page provides information on the support center available in the app.
We have decided to pause our efforts in this area, so this app is no longer available on the Atlassian Marketplace. We will be providing support to each customer until their license expires.
Do you have some problems? Doesn’t our app work properly? Go to Jira Administration > Add-ons, select Get Help from the menu in the app section and try options presented below.

Haven’t you found what you were looking for? Contact Deviniti Support Team. To shorten the time needed for investigation of your issue, generate support file before you first contact us by clicking Generate.
No private data, such as passwords, is included in the log file.
In case of files larger than 20 MB, it is recommended to use Dropbox. Send a request to the Deviniti Support Team to receive the link to a shared folder where you can upload the support file.
