Learn about Bundled Fields display.
Once Bundled Field is created and added to selected request types via the global and space settings, it can be displayed in request forms within the chosen spaces.
You can also make Bundled Field display in request form dynamically by configuring Dynamic Forms for Customer Portal.
To set configuration, navigate to Space settings > Apps > Extension for Jira Service Management > Customer form extension where you can create conditions for the bundle.

The Onboarding Details bundle created in global configuration, added to Dynamic Fields in the Onboard New Employee request type.
Bundled Fields are displayed as the last items in request forms. Subfields are displayed in the layout designed in global configuration. You can change the order in which bundles are presented in a request form by navigating to Space settings > Apps > Extension for Jira Service Management > Customer form extension.
After a request form is submitted, the subfields layout presented in Request Details View represents the Bundled Fields configuration designed in global configuration.
To display Bundled Fields in Work item view:
Dynamic Fields submitted through Customer Portal (including Bundled Fields) are displayed.
You can edit Customer form fields inline.
As an administrator, by using the Show for all work items option, you can also turn on automatic display of the Customer form fields section in work item view. As a result, fields submitted through the Portal will be visible for all work items by default.
